AshhryShoshedap was born in 2020, not from a boardroom plan, but from a lockdown experiment in the kitchen. When the world stood still, our founder Ashhry turned to cooking, sharing his bold creations online. One dish went viral above all: Salted Egg Spaghetti.

That moment sparked the idea for our signature product: Salted Egg Powder. A simple, addictive way to bring restaurant-level flavor into every home kitchen. What started as a viral recipe quickly became a best-selling product loved across Malaysia.
Along the way, Ashhry opened a small café in Johor Bahru as a playground to serve his ideas. The café became a local sensation, but for us, it was always more than just a place to eat. It was proof that Shoshedap is more than food, it’s culture.
